By creating an account or using ProofCall™, you agree to these terms and any policies referenced within them.
Use of the platform
ProofCall™ is provided for lawful documentation of consented interactions. You agree not to use the platform to harass, deceive, or document someone without appropriate consent.
Payments
ProofCall™ Pay documents payment intent, terms, and release conditions. ProofCall™ does not hold or take custody of principal funds transferred between parties.
Account termination
Accounts found to violate these terms, including consent requirements, may be suspended or terminated.
