Frequently asked questions.

Clear answers about how ProofCall™ approaches verified identity, consent, authority, evidence, privacy, enterprise adoption, and ProofCall Pay™.
What is ProofCall™ and how does it work?

ProofCall™ is a consent-first, identity-verified, evidence-grade communication and trust-infrastructure platform for high-stakes interactions. Its architecture combines identity and authority verification, required consent or lawful authorization, role- and context-scoped communications, ProofVault™ evidence preservation, audit trails, and structured evidentiary records.

ProofCall™ is architected around encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, persona and context isolation, tamper-evident integrity controls, device and session security, audit logging, retention controls, and legal hold support. Production certifications or independent security attestations should be identified separately only after they are completed and verified.

ProofCall™ is being structured to support API-based enterprise integrations. Specific CRM and enterprise-system integrations depend on the approved deployment scope and supported integration environment. Contact ProofCall™ to discuss organizational requirements.

Organization onboarding is structured around KYB and authority verification, administrator enrollment, RBAC configuration, policy and retention setup, device and security requirements, and integration review before operational access is enabled.

A typical ProofCall™ onboarding process may include:
  1. Initial discovery and use-case evaluation.
  2. Identification of organizational roles, permissions, and approval responsibilities.
  3. Review of identity, authority, consent, privacy, security, and retention requirements.
  4. Configuration of the appropriateProofCall™ workflow or pilot environment.
  5. Review of document, evidence, audit, and controlled-access requirements.
  6. Administrator and user orientation.
  7. Pilot testing and issue resolution.
  8. Final readiness review before an approved rollout.
The exact process, timeline, integrations, support arrangement, and available capabilities depend on the organization’s needs and the agreed deployment scope. Completing an inquiry or requesting a demonstration does not automatically create an account, grant access, approve a pilot, or establish a contract.

ProofCall™ is currently in pre-launch development, and commercial plans are being finalized. Join the launch list or contact ProofCall™ for current availability, organization discussions, and pilot opportunities.

ProofCall Pay™ is designed around verified parties, documented transaction intent, release-code governance, and transaction evidence. ProofCall™ is not intended to take custody of transaction principal. Payment movement is handled through the applicable payment infrastructure, subject to the final service architecture and applicable terms.
